• Lease agreement (drafted by an experienced attorney).

Rental Service Charges

• Cost to Landlord: Half Month Rent
• Cost to Tenent: Half Month Rent

Move In assistance

• Entry Pass from association.
• Explain do’s & don’t within the property.
• Show all the amenities.
• Assistance with initial services like paper, milk, drinking water, cooking gas, parking passes, phone, internet, etc.
