Buy & Sale Assistance

• Finding a qualified Buyer.
• Prospective Buyer preferences.
• Show unit/flat to prospective Buyer within short notice of request.
• Give a  facility tour (amenities).
• Facilitate meeting between Land lord and prospective buyer at our office.
• Assist in preparing Sale agreement.

Unit Registration and Post Sale Assistance

• Assist in preparing the sale deed for registration.
• Assist at the Sub-Registrar office for the registration.
