Keeping up the property

• Collect Rent & deposit into land lord’s account.
• Collect maintenance charges from tenant and pay to association.
• Pay property taxes.
• Pay Electricity and Association dues on timely manner.
• Address all the maintenance issues.
• Regular cleaning of the flat while vacant.
• White Wash (at land lord’s request).

Move out assistance

• Collect all the pending dues (rent, maintenance and electricity) and pay to respective party.
• Collect or remove parking passes.
• Arrange exit Pass from association.
• Assist in finding the movers.
